Doors Open Day and the first tractor from the series “Yellow Line”

What marked the 73rd anniversary of the founding of Minsk Tractor Works.

On May 26, in order to popularize the working profession, MTW-HOLDING opened front gate entrance of all 10 enterprises of the holding for visitors. The events took place at the address Dolgobrodskaya 29, str. in Minsk. Already from 10:00 am, music began to sound on the factory square, itinerant trade and amusements for children unfolded.

Factory front gate entrance opened to the sounds of the factory Palace of culture orchestra. The townspeople were able to walk through the shops where BELARUS tractors are assembled, ride on them and just take a picture, what children enjoyed using – a wide range of tractor and alternative machinery produced by the holding’s enterprises spread out along the entire length of the plant’s main alley. A racing car also enjoyed no less attention – a transforming tractor born for Formula1, but still getting used to the audience as an exhibit at exhibition venues. From the moment of the front gate entrance opening up to its closing, the transforming tractor was not alone for a minute.

However, the main thing on this day was BELARUS-5022. OJSC “MTW” and the German concern “Zeppelin” are actively working on a line of tractors with engines of environmental class EU STAGE V. 500 hp BELARUS-5022 demonstrated the idea of a new format of MTW machinery from the “Yellow Line” series, in which tractors with a capacity of 65 to 500 hp will be produced.

At the time of the holiday, BELARUS-132 tractors also changed their appearance so that, together with the giant tractor, skilled test drivers and the finalist of the show “Dancing” on TNT Julia Kosmina, they could create a memorable colorful creative spot, combining tractor machinery tests and dance into an indivisible whole.

During the day, at various sites, the company's management honored its best personnel for achievements in work, sports, and a ceremony of dedication of young professionals to tractor-builders was held in a solemn ceremony, as well as congratulations to journalists who prepared the most vivid materials about Minsk Tractor Works over the past year.

In the evening popular variety show artists of Belarus, Russia and Ukraine performed before the plant workers. In particular, Ivan Buslai, Herman, Dmitry Koldun, Alice Vox and other artists performed for the guests of the festival. Headliner of the event was the virtuoso of the guitar DiDyuLya, and the celebration ended with a laser show.
